“HypMic” Celebrates 8th Anniversary with the Release of ‘Kizuna +’ Anniversary Revival Screenings of the Movie Also Begin Today

The music-based character rap project Hypnosis Mic marks its 8th anniversary on September 2nd! To celebrate, Division All Stars’ new track “Kizuna +” has been released across major music streaming platforms. At the same time, the anniversary revival screenings of the movie “Hypnosis Mic -Division Rap Battle-” have begun today at 66 theaters nationwide.

This track is a special 18-member version of the first TV anime “Hypnosis Mic -Division Rap Battle- Rhyme Anima” ending theme “Kizuna”, with the addition of the Osaka and Nagoya Divisions to the vocals. Previously, it was only available as a bonus CD included with the limited first edition of the official book “Hypnosis Mic -Division Rap Battle- Official Guide Book +”. Fans have been eagerly awaiting its official digital release, and now it’s finally here!

Hypnosis Mic marks its 8th anniversary

For the revival screenings, new audience gifts have also been announced. From September 2nd to 12th, attendees will receive the 11th wave of special clear cards featuring newly drawn illustrations by character designer Kazui: “Kazui Illustrated Clear Card ver.2 [Buster Bros!!! / MAD TRIGGER CREW / Fling Posse ver.]” (3 types, random). From September 13th to 19th, the 12th wave will be distributed: “Kazui Illustrated Clear Card ver.2 [Matenrō / Dotsuitare Honpo / Bad Ass Temple ver.]” (3 types, random).
