Kaguya-sama Teams Up with Japan’s Iconic Instant Noodles: Three Special Videos Released, Including Chika Fujiwara’s Mystery Rap

The second episode, titled Chika Fujiwara Wants to Rap About the Harvest Moon, features Fujiwara performing her trademark rap. Dressed as a DJ, she delivers playful rhymes expressing her feelings toward Midori no Tanuki, which enters the seasonal harvest moon market. Lines such as “Tsukimi Suki Suki Tsuki Tsuki Suki” leave Kaguya Shinomiya puzzled, asking, “What on earth is Fujiwara-san saying?”

Tsukimi is a Japanese fall tradition of viewing the full moon.
The rap lyrics can be translated literally like this: "Tsukimi" means "full-moon viewing," "Suki" means "like," and "Tsuki" means "moon."

About Kaguya-sama

The story takes place at Shuchiin Academy, a prestigious school. Love Is War is a romantic comedy about two rivals: Kaguya Shinomiya, the vice president, and Miyuki Shirogane, the student council president. They are attracted to each other, but their pride keeps them from admitting it. So, they make plans to help each other admit their feelings.

The original manga was first published in Miracle Jump in 2015 and then moved to Weekly Young Jump in 2016. It ended in 2022. More than 19 million copies of the franchise have been published, and it has been adapted into three anime seasons (2019, 2020, 2022) and a live-action film starring Sho Hirano of King & Prince and actress Kanna Hashimoto.
