At the most intense part of Part 1, Shinra Kusakabe passed out when he saw the world as it was before the "Great Cataclysm." When he woke up, his hair had magically turned blond, and he was tied up.

The teaser PV continues this scene, suggesting that something changed while Shinra was asleep and that a major disaster is coming. It also shows the Special Fire Force officers bravely facing the White-Clad and their opponents as the battle to stop the Great Cataclysm gets worse.
