The manga "Rock is a Lady's Modesty" has been confirmed for a TV anime adaptation set to air in 2025.

The story, currently serialized in "Young Animal," follows Ririsa Suzinomiya, a former commoner and rock girl who becomes extremely wealthy through her mother's remarriage. She struggles to live a restrictive life at a prestigious girls' academy, where she must act like a proper lady, forsaking her guitar and emotions. She meets Otoha Kurogane, a fellow student and an exceptionally skilled drummer, and rekindles her passion for rock music. Together, they secretly engage in band activities, creating a youth rock story where suppressed emotions clash through music.

Hamaji Aki, the creator of "Bocchi the Rock!," praised the series, saying, "I was captivated by the ladylike rock and roll!" This endorsement has drawn significant attention.

To commemorate the anime adaptation announcement, the original creator, Hiroshi Fukuda, released a congratulatory illustration and comment. The illustration beautifully depicts characters such as Ririsa Suzinomiya and Otoha Kurogane with the words "Congratulations on the anime adaptation!!"
