Voice actress Noriko Ohara (real name: Noriko Tobe), known for her roles as Nobita Nobi in the anime 'Doraemon' and Doronjo in 'Yatterman,' passed away on July 12 at the age of 88. This was reported by her agency, 81 Produce.

The website stated, "Our company’s actor, Noriko Ohara (real name: Noriko Tobe), passed away on July 12, Reiwa 6, at the age of 88 after a period of illness. The funeral ceremony was held privately with her family, in accordance with their wishes. We express our deepest gratitude for the kindness shown to her during her lifetime and offer this announcement with respect."

Born on October 2 in Tokyo, Ohara also voiced characters such as Peter in 'Heidi, Girl of the Alps,' Conan in 'Future Boy Conan,' and Hiroshi’s mother in 'The Gutsy Frog,' among many others.
