The main PV for the TV anime Tying the Knot with an Amagami Sister (set to air in 24 episodes starting in October on TV Tokyo and BS Nippon TV) has been released. It was also announced that the opening theme will be performed by Momoiro Clover Z.

In the PV, the vibrant and transparent world of the Amagami sisters and the protagonist Uryu Kamihate comes to life with colorful animation. The character voices of Tsyruyama Shirahi (voiced by Chika Anzai) and Amagami Chidori (voiced by Bin Shimada) can be heard for the first time, along with the opening theme "Yawaku Koi Shite" by Momoiro Clover Z.

The anime is based on the manga of the same name, serialized in Weekly Shonen Magazine since April 2021. The story is a romantic comedy that centers around a high school student, Uryu Kamihate, who is preparing for medical school and gets caught up with three shrine maiden sisters. The series has sold over 1.3 million copies.

The story follows Uryu Kamihate, a high school student aiming for the prestigious Kyoto University’s medical school. Raised in a children's home, Uryu is taken in by the priest of the Amagami Shrine to live as a lodger. However, his stay comes with a condition: he must become the heir to the shrine as a son-in-law. The twist? His potential brides are the three beautiful shrine maiden sisters he now lives with: Yae, Yuna, and Asahi. Thus begins a “slightly mysterious love and miracle story” of an unexpected cohabitation.
