Gavv faces off against the new Kamen Rider, Valen, who has just defeated Granyut. Without knowing each other’s true identities, the two begin a tense probe of one another.

Meanwhile, Sachika Amane (Nozomi Miyabe) and Shoma Stomach (Hidekazu Chinen) are requested to help with household chores at a relative’s mansion, where they encounter a young artist residing there.

On the other hand, Hanto Karakida (Yusuke Hino) visits an art gallery while investigating an unsolved disappearance case...
