The Before and After of the Master of Disguise by Two Actors is a Must-See!

Shiraishi (Hiroshi Tachi), who has been in contact with Hijikata, becomes increasingly terrified that Sugimoto will kill him after learning about his betrayal. This fear leads him to take action, but the situation takes an unexpected turn.

Meanwhile, Nikaido (Shuntaro Yanagi ) loses a leg and becomes desperate. Tsurumi (Hiroshi Tamaki) gives him a certain gift... Alongside the debut of Arisaka (Kazuyuki Asano), the genius gunsmith already gaining buzz for his high level of faithfulness to the original character, this episode also features a mysterious character with no background, who is secretly popular among manga fans. Casting details for this character have not yet been disclosed—please look forward to how they will make their appearance.

In the latter half, we also get a scene where a tattooed prisoner adept at disguises shows off his skills. The before-and-after transformation, achieved through the coordination between two actors, skillful direction, and special makeup techniques, is also worth watching.
