Mamoru Miyano has been announced as the voice of Michael Kaiser in the anime Blue Lock.

Blue Lock is based on the manga serialized in Weekly Shonen Magazine. The story centers on a bold initiative by Japan to revolutionize its soccer scene after a disappointing World Cup. The project gathers 300 high school forwards to create an ego-driven striker capable of transforming Japanese soccer. The intense competition comes with high stakes—only one will rise as the ultimate forward, at the expense of the rest.

The manga has surpassed 40 million copies in circulation, reflecting its immense popularity. The anime's first season aired from October 2022 to March 2023, with the second season following in October 2024.
