Kento Yamazaki's Under Ninja Premiere in Los Angeles Canceled Due to Wildfire State of Emergency
The world premiere event for the live-action film Under Ninja, starring Kento Yamazaki, scheduled to take place in Los Angeles, has been canceled. The announcement was made on the film’s official X (formerly Twitter) account on January 9, citing the state of emergency declared by the Governor of California due to ongoing wildfires.
The official statement expressed, “We regret to inform you that the world premiere event for the film Under Ninja, which was set to be held in Los Angeles, has been canceled in light of the state of emergency declared due to wildfires in California. We extend our heartfelt sympathies to those affected and hope for a swift recovery in the affected areas.”
Yamazaki’s Commitment to the Film
The world premiere was originally planned to be held in Hollywood, Los Angeles. At a press conference in Tokyo on January 7, Kento Yamazaki spoke passionately about his aspirations, saying, “I want to bring Under Ninja to Los Angeles and make it resonate worldwide.”
