The official gag spin-off manga Koisuru One Piece (One Piece in Love) resumed serialization on April 10 via the Shonen Jump+ app, marking its first new chapter since November 2021—a return after roughly three and a half years.

This unique parody series features high school students who share names with One Piece's Straw Hat Pirates. The protagonist, Kaizoku-Oh Yamamoto—written with the kanji for “Pirate King” and read as Luffy—navigates daily life and occasional chaos alongside classmates like Nami Koyama (written as “Nami”). Packed with humor, heart, and wild moments, the manga offers a fresh comedic spin on the One Piece universe.

Koisuru One Piece has also been adapted into a short anime series. To commemorate the relaunch, Chapters 1 to 50 are available to read for free until April 17 on Shonen Jump+.
