The full version of “Mou Doudatte Ii Ya”, the ending theme song for the anime Mobile Suit Gundam GQuuuuuuX, is now available on streaming platforms as of April 10. The music video will premiere at 7:00 PM (JST) on Suisei Hoshimachi’s official YouTube channel.

Originally used as an insert song for the record-breaking theatrical preview Mobile Suit Gundam GQuuuuuuX -Beginning-, the track now serves as the ending theme for the televised version that began airing on April 8 (Tuesdays at 12:29 AM JST).

A Powerful Tie-In to the Latest Gundam Entry

Directed by Kazuya Tsurumaki, Gundam GQuuuuuuX is a unique collaboration between Studio Khara and Sunrise, marking the first joint project between the two studios. The track’s emotional intensity and Hoshimachi’s dynamic vocals have drawn significant attention from Gundam and J-pop fans alike.

Previously, only the 89-second “Movie Edition” was available during the theatrical run. With the full version’s release today, anticipation has peaked—especially with the scheduled music video premiere.

The single’s cover art features a key scene from the TV series’ ending sequence: characters Machu and Nyaan muttering the line “Mou, doudatte ii ya” in sync with the song’s message. Synopsis of Mobile Suit Gundam GQuuuuuuX

Amate Yuzuriha is a high-school student living peacefully in a space colony floating in outer space.

When she meets a war refugee named Nyaan, Amate is drawn into the illegal mobile suit dueling sport known as Clan Battle.

Under the entry name "Machu," she throws herself into fierce battle day after day, piloting the GQuuuuuuX. Then an unidentified Gundam mobile suit pursued by both the space force and the police appears before her, along with its pilot, a boy named Shuji.

Now their world is about to enter a new era.
