The highly anticipated Season 3 of the anime To Your Eternity will premiere in October on NHK General TV, as officially announced. Alongside the news, a new teaser visual has been unveiled.

Based on the manga by Yoshitoki Ōima, serialized in Weekly Shonen Magazine (Kodansha), the story follows Fushi, an immortal being on an eternal journey. The manga has surpassed 4 million copies in circulation and continues to be praised as a modern fantasy epic.

A New Chapter Begins: The Modern Era Arc

After the events of Season 1 and 2, which spanned the ancient to medieval eras, Season 3 marks a dramatic shift into a completely new era—the Modern Era Arc—set hundreds of years after the previous chapters.

The teaser visual shows Fushi standing amidst a cityscape glowing with neon lights and signage, a stark contrast to the settings of past seasons. The image also introduces two new characters: a black-haired boy and a female junior high school student gazing at Fushi, hinting at new relationships and challenges to come.
