Author’s Comment on the Anime Adaptation

Author Tomatosoup shared a heartfelt message about the project:

“Over ten years ago, I fell in love with the history of the Mongol Empire and dreamed of seeing an anime like this. Since I couldn’t create anime myself, I began drawing on the back of printer paper. Those sketches turned into a manga, and now, it’s becoming an anime. I’m grateful to everyone who helped make this possible and look forward to watching the story take flight in animated form.”
