Exciting news has been announced for My Hero Academia fans. The June issue of Saikyo Jump, released on May 2, includes a special bonus item: a double-sided B3-size poster packed with exclusive illustrations.

One side of the poster showcases a brand-new illustration by Akiyama Yoko, featuring the entire Class 1-A from My Hero Academia: Team-Up Mission. The reverse side presents a striking visual of the villain alliance from the same spin-off series, using dynamic artwork that captures the intensity of the antagonists.

Additionally, to celebrate both the release of the official final fanbook My Hero Academia Final Fanbook Ultra Age and the ongoing success of the TV anime My Hero Academia: Vigilantes, a second double-sided B3 poster is included. On one side is a newly drawn illustration by series creator Kohei Horikoshi, depicting fan favorites Izuku Midoriya (Deku), Katsuki Bakugo, and Shoto Todoroki. The opposite side features original artwork by Betten Court, the illustrator of My Hero Academia: Vigilantes, adding a fresh visual style to the collection.

My Hero Academia is set in a world where individuals possess supernatural abilities known as “Quirks.” The story follows Izuku Midoriya (Deku), a boy born without a Quirk who dreams of becoming a hero. He enrolls in the prestigious U.A. High School, where he trains alongside fellow aspiring heroes to protect society and stand against villains who misuse their powers.

The original manga began serialization in Weekly Shonen Jump in July 2014 and will officially conclude on August 5, 2024. With over 100 million copies of the manga in circulation, it has become a global phenomenon. The anime adaptation premiered in April 2016 and has also seen several theatrical film releases. The seventh season of the anime is set to conclude in October 2024, with an eighth season already confirmed to be in production.
