A brand-new theatrical film, Sound! Euphonium: The Final Chapter – Part 1, has been announced for a spring 2026 release. The announcement, along with a special teaser video, confirms that the movie will serve as a cinematic adaptation of the third season of the TV anime.

The reveal was made at The 8th Uji Festival: Let’s Celebrate Sound! Euphonium, held at the Uji City Cultural Center Grand Hall on June 7. While the production of The Final Chapter had already been confirmed, this is the first time that the project was announced as a two-part theatrical release, beginning with Part 1.

The teaser features the Season 3 ending theme “Neiro no Kanata” and highlights the emotional highs and lows, the musical passion, and the evolving story that have defined the franchise.
