Onmyo Kaiten Re:Birth Verse Episode 2 Story and Scene Previews Released: Takeru Begins His Onmyoji Training

The story and advance scene previews for Episode 2 of the TV anime Onmyo Kaiten Re:Birth Verse (JP: 陰陽廻天 Re:バース, Onmyo Kaiten Re:Birth) have been released. The episode is set to air on Thursday, July 10, at 12:45 AM (JST), followed by streaming on various international platforms.

Episode 1

When Takeru Narihira awakens once more in Denji Heian-kyo, he is shocked to find Tsukimiya—who should have been dead—standing before him. However, no one remembers Takeru, and no one believes his claims of fighting oni using a mysterious power. As he observes the city and realizes that he has time-leaped, Takeru resolves to protect Tsukimiya this time around. With renewed determination, and under the guidance of Atsunaga and others who take an interest in him, he begins his training to become an onmyoji.

Introduction

From david production—the studio behind JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure—comes its first-ever original anime. This is a time-warping battle action story that follows fierce high school delinquent Takeo Narihara, who finds himself time-leaping into a parallel version of Heian-kyo, now transformed by advanced technology. There, he fights as an onmyoji (sorcerer) to save Tsukimiya, the mysterious girl who appears in his dreams.
