The new series of the popular TV anime "Demon Slayer: Hashira Training Arc," will air Episode 2, "The Pain of Water Hashira Giyu Tomioka," today, the 19th, on Fuji TV (11:15 PM). The synopsis and scene cuts for the episode have also been released.

In Episode 3, Giyu, while talking with Tanjiro, decides to overcome his past and, though late, participate in the training. Meanwhile, Tanjiro's wounds heal enough for him to join the training, starting with the training of the former Hashira, Tengen Uzui.

"Demon Slayer: Hashira Training Arc" covers the episodes from volumes 15 to 16 of the original manga, where Tanjiro and his friends undergo training with the top swordsmen of the Demon Slayer Corps, the Hashira, to become even stronger.

"Demon Slayer" is a popular series based on the manga serialized in "Weekly Shonen Jump" from February 2016 to May 2020, with a total circulation of over 150 million copies. Set in the Taisho era in a world inhabited by man-eating demons, it follows the story of a young boy, Tanjiro Kamado, whose family is slaughtered by demons and whose sister, Nezuko, is turned into a demon. Tanjiro joins the Demon Slayer Corps to avenge his family and find a way to turn Nezuko back into a human.
