On the way back from the café, Kazuya Kinoshita musters his courage and invites Chizuru Mizuhara to lunch. After a brief pause, Chizuru accepts his invitation.

As they struggle to find a place to eat, Chizuru suggests a family restaurant. There, with a glass of wine in hand, she slips into her relaxed OFF mode—smiling and laughing uncontrollably. Kazuya can’t help but be charmed by her radiant expression.

But then, with a serious look in her eyes, Chizuru suddenly asks Kazuya a question that shakes his heart:
“…Do you like me?”

Introduction

The fourth season delves deeper into Kazuya and Chizuru's evolving relationship. After successfully completing a crowdfunding campaign for Chizuru’s film, Kazuya gathers the courage to confront his true feelings. Meanwhile, Ruka Sarashina becomes even more assertive in her pursuit of Kazuya, and Mami Nanami, Kazuya’s sly ex-girlfriend, makes bold moves to complicate matters.

Adding to the tension, the Hawaiians Arc promises to take the drama to a new setting, where the "fake" relationship faces challenges that could determine whether it transforms into something real.
