Hideaki Anno Appointed as Director at Production I.G

Hideaki Anno, known for his work on the "Evangelion" series and president of animation studio Khara, will be appointed as a board director of Production I.G on August 21, 2025. The announcement was made on Khara's official website.

Production I.G is an animation studio known for producing acclaimed works such as Library War, Kimi ni Todoke, Attack on Titan, PSYCHO-PASS, and Haikyu!!. The studio is currently working on Season 2 of Kaiju No. 8.
