Dealing with Mikadono Sisters Is a Breeze Episode 3 Story & Preview Stills Revealed: Special Illustration from Tsukasa Abe Arrives

The story and preview stills for Episode 3 of the anime Dealing with Mikadono Sisters Is a Breeze (JP: 帝乃三姉妹は案外、チョロい。, Mikadono Sanshimai wa Angai, Choroi) have been released. The episode will air in Japan on Thursday, July 24 at 12:30 AM JST, and will be available on various global streaming platforms soon after.

Additionally, a weekly series of celebratory illustrations by renowned manga artists—many of whom serialize in Weekly Shonen Sunday and Sunday Webry—is underway. The 3rd installment features an illustration by Tsukasa Ave, the creator of Frieren: Beyond Journey's End.

Episode 3 Story

Yuu Ayase finally fulfills his wish to share a meal with all three Mikadono sisters—Kazuki, Niko, and Miwa. As they sit around the table, Yuu reflects once again on the meaning of a happy family and, for the first time, earnestly tells the sisters, “I want us to become a happy family together!”

Later, he stumbles upon a childhood photo of the three sisters, smiling joyfully with strong sibling bonds. Realizing that he had only been focused on bonding with them individually, Yuu decides he must also help strengthen their connection as sisters—and begins executing a secret plan…

Introduction

Yuu Ayase, the son of a beloved national actress known for her talents in academics, athletics, and the arts, loses his mother and is taken in by the prestigious Teino family. There, he begins living under the same roof as the Mikadono’s Three sisters—each reigning at the top of their respective fields at an elite academy and collectively known as the “Three Emperors.” This is the story of how Yuu and the three prodigious sisters gradually grow from strangers into something resembling a true family.
