About Cornelius
Keigo Oyamada, born in Tokyo on January 27, 1969, began his solo career under the name Cornelius after Flipper’s Guitar disbanded in 1991. His albums The First Question Award and 69/96 were key in shaping the Shibuya-kei movement. In 2006, Sensurround + B-sides earned a Grammy nomination for Best Surround Sound Album. Cornelius continues to collaborate and produce music internationally.
