Ave Mujica is a real band that originated from the popular multimedia project "BanG Dream!" and also performs live. They began their activities in 2023 and have been gaining attention through a three-pronged focus on anime, music, and live performances.
The TV anime BanG Dream! Ave Mujica
The first episode aired on Thursday, January 2, 2025, and the series was broadcast over 13 weeks, concluding with the final episode on March 27.
Synopsis
Sakiko Togawa, a former member of the once-popular band "Crychic," quits music after suffering deep emotional wounds due to family issues.
Later, she forms a masked band called "Ave Mujica" and begins performing while hiding her past and true feelings.
However, each of her bandmates also carries their own struggles and secrets, leading to inevitable clashes among them.
"What do I truly want?" "How should I face my friends?"
As they confront these questions, this is a story of how the girls begin to discover their true selves through music.

The god of Ave Mujica.
A first-year student at Haneoka Girls' Academy and the keyboardist of the band. She once led a band called “Crychic” during her middle school years, but it disbanded due to deteriorating relationships with the members and issues at home. Later, her family fell apart, and she faced financial hardship caused by her father's debts and problematic behavior. Amidst this turmoil, she confronted her past and traumas and went on to form "Ave Mujica."

A first-year student at Hanasakigawa Girls' Academy, she was previously active as a member of the idol unit "sumimi." In sumimi, she gained popularity for her bright and cute persona, but she joined Ave Mujica at the invitation of Sakiko, the band's founder, out of deep trust and a strong bond with her. Since then, she has thrown herself into this new form of musical expression, struggling with the contrast between her idol activities and her current path.

Guitarist.
A first-year student at Tsukinomori Girls' Academy and a classmate of Soyo. She is quiet and struggles to express her emotions, but she has a gentle nature and a quiet attentiveness to those around her. The daughter of popular comedian Wakaba and actress Minami Mori, she has been familiar with the guitar since childhood. Her skills as a performer are solid, making her a trusted member of the band. She is also a childhood friend of Shoko, and they've known each other for a long time.

Drummer.
A video creator known by the nickname “Nyamuchi,” she mainly posts content focused on beauty and makeup, but she is currently exploring a variety of genres to expand her range of expression. She attends Geijutsu Academy High School and is also dedicated to studying acting. Ambidextrous and known for her dynamic drumming style, she stands out on stage with a strong presence. With a natural flair for presenting herself, she possesses the spirit of a true performer.

A first-year student at Hanasakigawa Girls' Academy, in the same class as Tachiki and Hatsuka. She has participated as a support bassist in over 30 bands, showcasing her undeniable skill—she’s essentially a “professional-level” player. In addition to her musical talent, she also handles the band’s scheduling, making her the unsung backbone of the group.
