MAPPA Production and Theme Song by Who-ya Extended
The opening sequence is produced by MAPPA, the studio behind the Jujutsu Kaisen TV anime and Jujutsu Kaisen 0 the Movie. The theme song is Chained Chase, a new track by Who-ya Extended, returning for the first time in four years since their season 1 cour 2 opening theme VIVID VICE. With a sharp and tense introduction leading into a melodic verse and a powerful chorus brimming with determination, the track embodies Who-ya Extended’s distinct rock sound, serving as a thematic answer to their earlier work.

Comment from Who-ya Extended

Who-ya
“We are honored to perform the theme song for the Cursed Prison Island main story. While immersing ourselves in the world of Phantom Parade as if we were part of it, we created Chained Chase to make battles feel sharper and more heated. Thinking of Yuji and his friends, who keep moving forward despite loss, we poured our hearts into this track. We are thrilled to once again contribute to the world of Jujutsu Kaisen through music, and we hope players will love the song alongside the game.”
