My Hero Academia FINAL SEASON: Creditless Opening Released Featuring Porno Graffitti’s “THE REVO” and Special Anime Edition Jacket

The opening theme “THE REVO” was written specifically for the series by Porno Graffitti, who also performed the opening theme for the first season back in 2016. Now, nine years later, the band returns to perform the theme for the final chapter of the series. With lyrics centered around the idea of a “revolution of the mind,” the song features a simple yet emotionally charged melody meant to encourage the characters, as well as the fans and viewers.

The new opening animation visualizes that message through scenes of Deku, battered and exhausted, being cheered on by those who have watched him fight and grow, as well as by his classmates and allies who continue to support him in the decisive battle. True to the essence of My Hero Academia, it delivers the high-intensity battle sequences and stirring drama that have captivated fans worldwide since the first season.

Currently streaming on major music platforms, “THE REVO” will be released on CD in four editions on November 19. The limited anime edition will feature an original cover illustration created by Studio Bones, the animation studio behind the series. The artwork depicts Deku’s desperate expression as he fights with everything he has. The package also includes a DVD containing the creditless opening sequence for My Hero Academia FINAL SEASON.
