Following Ichiyo’s suggestion, Tanzaburo, Yuriko, Ichiyo, Mitsuha, and Yukarisu agree to hold a tournament to determine who among them is the strongest.

While each of them undergoes intense training in preparation for the showdown ten days later, a new threat looms over the city — one targeting the former Shocker combatants whose brainwashing has been undone.
