The "Demon Slayer: Hashira Training Arc" covers episodes from volumes 15 to 16 of the original manga, focusing on Tanjiro and his friends receiving training from the highest-ranked swordsmen, the Hashira, to become even stronger. "Demon Slayer" is based on the manga serialized in "Weekly Shonen Jump" from February 2016 to May 2020, which has surpassed 150 million copies in circulation. Set in the Taisho era in a world inhabited by man-eating demons, it tells the story of Tanjiro Kamado, a boy whose family was killed by demons. The first season of the TV anime aired from April to September 2019, igniting a societal phenomenon. The story continued with the film "Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba the Movie: Mugen Train" in October 2020, which became a massive hit, grossing over 40 billion yen domestically. The second season, "Entertainment District Arc," aired from December 2021, followed by the third season, "Swordsmith Village Arc," starting in April 2023.
