The anime My Hero Academia has unveiled a new collaboration project with Japan’s job change support service Recruit Agent, highlighting the enduring rivalry between Izuku Midoriya and Katsuki Bakugo.

My Hero Academia Collaboration with Recruit Agent Begins

Japan’s career change support service Recruit Agent launched a collaboration campaign with the anime My Hero Academia on the 12th. Alongside the announcement, a newly illustrated collaboration visual was released featuring the series protagonist Izuku Midoriya, also known as Deku, who aims to become the greatest hero, and his childhood friend and rival Katsuki Bakugo.

The special visual portrays the two characters competing and pushing each other forward from childhood through their journey toward becoming heroes. Their relationship as rivals who continuously inspire each other is depicted through dynamic scenes that show them running side by side as they grow stronger.

Original Web Movie Released

A collaboration exclusive web movie themed “People Become Stronger Through Others” has been released on the official Recruit Agent X account and YouTube channel. The original video incorporates scenes from the My Hero Academia TV anime series and delivers the message that people realize both their weaknesses and strengths because they are not alone, allowing them to surpass their limits and grow stronger.

Survey Highlights Inspirational Quotes from My Hero Academia

Recruit Agent also conducted a survey among working adults asking which lines from My Hero Academia gave them encouragement or motivation. The quotes that received the strongest support, along with visuals of the corresponding characters, will be gradually introduced on the Recruit Agent official X account and other platforms.
