The opening theme song information for the TV anime The Angel Next Door Spoils Me Rotten Season 2 (JP: お隣の天使様にいつの間にか駄目人間にされていた件 2) has been announced. Masayoshi Oishi, who performed the opening for the first season, returns for the second season with the new song titled "Kimi wa Koibito."

In addition, the main trailer for the second season, featuring the opening theme "Kimi wa Koibito" by Masayoshi Oishi, has been released today. The trailer depicts the sweet and impatient daily lives of Amane Fujimiya and Mahiru Shiina as a couple, alongside their friends Itsuki Akasawa and Chitose Shirakawa. It also introduces new characters appearing for the first time in Season 2.

The story follows Amane Fujimiya, a high school freshman living alone, and his neighbor Mahiru Shiina, the school's most beautiful girl. Despite having no prior connection, a mysterious bond begins when Amane lends her his umbrella during a rainstorm. Unable to ignore Amane's self-neglectful lifestyle, Mahiru begins to cook for him, clean his room, and take care of him in various ways. Living as neighbors, the two slowly and steadily begin to connect their hearts. The first season of the TV anime aired from January to March 2023.
