New Key Visual Showcases Updated Designs of Nanoha and Fate

The third key visual for Magical Girl Lyrical Nanoha EXCEEDS Gun Blaze Vengeance has been released. This upcoming anime marks the first completely new television installment since the 2018 film Magical Girl Lyrical Nanoha Detonation.

In the newly revealed visual, Nanoha Takamachi and Fate Testarossa, who have long led the series, appear wearing their newly designed Barrier Jackets for the first time. Behind them, flames blaze intensely, while in front stands a mysterious girl bearing the EX logo, adding intrigue to the upcoming story.

About the Magical Girl Lyrical Nanoha Series

The Magical Girl Lyrical Nanoha series began as a television anime in 2004 and has since become a highly popular franchise. The story follows Nanoha Takamachi, an ordinary third grade elementary school student who gains magical powers and is drawn into an extraordinary destiny shaped by those abilities.

The franchise has expanded across multiple media including manga, games, and films. In July last year, a special project was launched to celebrate the 20th anniversary of the anime’s broadcast.
