Kanan, a demon of gastronomy, has recently found that nothing she eats tastes good anymore. She plots to infiltrate a high school in the human world to feast on the most delicious soul possible. However, for some reason, she ends up entering into a lovers' contract with a male student named Youji Kyougi.

Having never been in love before, the innocent and easily flustered Kanan finds herself constantly overwhelmed by Youji's natural positivity. Thus begins the first love between a "push-over" cute demon and a lowly human.
