Wistoria: Wand and Sword Episode 17 Story & Preview Cuts Released: Graduation Day and the Path to the Tower

The story and preview images for Episode 17 of the TV anime Wistoria: Wand and Sword (JP: 杖と剣のウィストリア) have been revealed. This episode will air on Sunday, May 10, 2026, at 4:30 PM (JST) in Japan, and will later be available on various international streaming platforms. Notably, the beginning of the episode features a specially produced sequence written by the original creators.

Episode 17 Story

Will defeated Devander using a strike from Wis, a Magic Sword that combines the powers of wand and sword. Although many were killed or injured and the mastermind behind the attack remains unknown, the Central Capital has begun its movement toward reconstruction.

Amidst these events, graduation day at the Magic Academy finally arrives. Having lost Rosti and seen his path to the Tower severed, Will stands by as the names of those advancing to the Tower are quietly read aloud.
