Episode 8 Story

Reflecting on her failures during junior high school, Miki decided to completely change her image for her high school debut. However, because things went a bit too well, she now finds herself unable to show her true self. Feeling pushed to her limits by constantly acting out the perfect idol persona that everyone expects of her, Miki vents her true feelings to her older coworkers at her part-time job. Little does she know, her friend Mari overhears everything.

Introduction

Koyuki Hikawa is a high school student who struggles with social interaction and tends to build a "wall" between herself and others. She spends her days quietly, never hanging out with anyone except her childhood friend, Miki Azumi.

However, her peaceful isolation is suddenly interrupted when Minato Amamiya, a boy who has no sense of personal space, starts aggressively closing the distance between them—?!

The solitary Koyuki, the school idol Miki, the overly friendly Minato, and the gentle, calm basketball player Yota.

Clumsy, frustrating, and yet incredibly endearing—the curtain rises on a coming-of-age ensemble drama woven from the misunderstandings of youth.
