Episode 8 Story

Both teams remain scoreless as the intense, tight game continues. In the top of the fourth inning, during Ichidaisan's attack, Sawamura pitches with a great rhythm. However, an error by first baseman Maezono allows the runner to advance to second base. Next up to bat is the cleanup hitter, Hoshida, following his previous appearance in the second inning. Once again, Ichidaisan gets a crucial opportunity to take the early lead.
