Baki-Dou Part 2 Streams Worldwide on Netflix from June 18, Main Visual Featuring Baki and Miyamoto Musashi Revealed

Baki-Dou Part 2 will stream worldwide exclusively on Netflix from June 18, with all episodes released at once.

It has been announced that the second cour of the anime Baki-Dou will begin streaming worldwide exclusively on Netflix from June 18. All episodes, from Episode 14 to Episode 25, will be released at once. Alongside the announcement, the main visual has also been revealed.

The main visual depicts formidable fighters such as Baki, Kaoru Hanayama, Izou Motobe, and Pickle standing in the path of Musashi. Facing these strongest warriors, Miyamoto Musashi is shown quietly drawing his sword from its sheath.

According to the visual concept, Musashi’s eyes reflect the “value” possessed by the opponent before him. The “Feast Field” stretching all the way to Baki’s horizon represents the supreme feast that Musashi has discovered in Baki himself. The lavish spread filling the table powerfully conveys the intensity of the deadly battles that are about to begin.

The life or death battles of Baki, Kaoru Hanayama, Izou Motobe, and Pickle are now set to begin. The catchphrase, “Cut, cut, and cut your way upward. That is the solitary path of Musashi Dou,” also offers a glimpse into Musashi’s way of life as he attempts to slash his way to the summit of the strongest.

Baki Dou is based on the manga of the same name by Keisuke Itagaki, which was serialized in Weekly Shonen Champion from 2014 to 2018. The story unfolds after the conclusion of the “strongest father and son fight on Earth.” TMS Entertainment, which previously worked on Baki and Baki Hanma, continues to handle the animation production.
