The story and preview images for Episode 5 of the TV anime Magical Sisters LuluttoLilly (JP: 魔法の姉妹ルルットリリィ) have been revealed. This episode will air on Sunday, May 3 at 10:30 PM (JST), and will later be available on various international streaming platforms.

Episode 9 Story

Upon learning that Rui is a fan of Lily, Fu and Ryu enjoy a lively conversation talking about her. However, a single remark from Fuu causes an awkward tension to develop between them. Later, they happen to run into each other while out, this time in their forms as Lily and Lulu. Reconnecting in these personas, they begin to open up and honestly share their worries with one another.

Introduction

Fuu Nonoyama is an innocent elementary school student who can't wait for summer vacation. Her sister, Rui Nonoyama, is a reserved but hardworking middle schooler. Although they used to be close, the emotional distance between them has recently begun to grow.

One day, Fuu encounters a mysterious spaceship and is bestowed with magical powers. Meanwhile, Rui also happens to obtain a wonderful magical power of her own. Both sisters gain the ability to transform into the adult forms they have always admired.

However, there are two strict rules:
The power is only for a one-year period.
They must never let anyone find out about the magic.

Before long, without realizing each other's secrets, both sisters begin to make their mark on the world as active idols—!
