ONE PIECE Marks 29 Years Since Serialization Began
ONE PIECE began serialization in Weekly Shonen Jump on July 22, 1997. Volume 57, released on March 4, 2010, had an initial print run of 3 million copies, setting what was then the highest first print run in Japanese publishing history. The series has maintained a first print run of 3 million copies since then.
