The story and preview images for Episode 1 of the TV anime Kamui: He's Behind You (JP: うしろの正面カムイさん, Ushiro no Shōmen Kamui-san) have been revealed. This episode will air on Saturday, July 4 at 1:30 AM (JST). Additionally, an uncensored version will be streamed on the Deregular version.

Episode 1 Story

A telephone rings in a high-rise building late at night. The voice heard from the other end says, "It's me, Mary-san." Shizuka is pursued by Mary-san through every single phone, across the rooms she flees into, and down the hallways she runs. What does Mary-san encounter after finally cornering Shizuka?!

Meanwhile, Teke-Teke wanders around in search of the lower half of its body lost in an accident. Shizuka, who was forced to listen to the story by Kamui, encounters the entity just as "expected," but it turns out to be a clever trap set by Kamui.
