29-Year-Old Single Mid-Rank Adventurer’s Daily Life Anime Premieres January 2026 with Three New Cast Members

The television anime 29-Year-Old Single Mid-Rank Adventurer’s Daily Life is scheduled to air in January 2026. The newly released key visual depicts the protagonist Hajime watching over his partner, the young girl Rirui, as well as her new friend, the dwarf girl Anyango, as they explore a dungeon.

Three new main characters and their voice actors have also been revealed. Veronica is a succubus and an old friend of Hajime's. She will be voiced by Shizuka Ito. Anyango is a dwarf who wants to be a blacksmith. Yuki Kuwahara will be the voice of Anyango. Rishat, who protects Veronica, will be voiced by Tomohiro Ono.

Introduction

Hajime Shinonome grew up in poor neighborhoods, always looking for ways to survive. Now, he lives a relaxed life as an adventurer in Komai Village.

One day, while on a mission in a dungeon, he finds a girl who is about to be eaten by a weak monster called a slime. Her name is Rirui, and she had entered the dungeon alone to survive. Hajime's parents abandoned her, leaving her with nowhere to go. Hajime can't leave her behind. He decides to take Rirui back to the village, where they begin living together.

This fantasy adventure story is about a clumsy but kind single adventurer and a smart, direct girl. The story mixes comedy, some sad moments, and exciting adventures in dungeons.
