Yanmar Holdings Co., Ltd. has announced the broadcast of their original commercial anime "Miru" in spring 2025, with Masuo Ueda, the producer of 'Mobile Suit Gundam III: Encounters in Space,' as the general producer. The official title has been decided as "Miru: My Future," and it will be broadcast in an omnibus format with a total of five episodes.

Joining the production team are five up-and-coming animation studios, each bringing their unique creativity to the table. This collaboration will result in diverse styles and direction in the omnibus format, showcasing the multifaceted world of "Miru."

The robot "MIRU," featured in the anime, is a "weaponless robot" that supports and encourages humans facing difficulties. The series, "Miru: My Future," revolves around the theme of "confrontation and harmony between humans and nature," portraying human stories in an omnibus format.

Yanmar Holdings is a machinery manufacturer based in Osaka, Japan, specializing in agricultural and construction machinery. According to the company's website, the aim of producing the anime is to "strongly encourage each individual to believe that they are capable of creating the future, and to take steps towards a better future through the story of the anime. Synopsis:

In a distant future, humans have created the robot "MIRU." Without weapons, MIRU time-leaps through various eras, encountering people from different periods and places in parallel worlds.
