The second season of the TV anime Shangri-La Frontier (commonly known as "ShanFro") has been confirmed to air from October 13, every Sunday at 5:00 PM on 28 MBS/TBS-affiliated stations nationwide. Along with this announcement, a key visual and additional cast members have been revealed, with Yuka Terasaki as Akane Akitsu and Natsuki Hanae as Ceecrue.

Additionally, it has been decided that all 25 episodes of the first season will be available for two weeks on ABEMA and YouTube (Full Anime TV and ShanFro Channel).
The story revolves around Rakuro Hizutome, a gamer with a unique taste for "crappy games," who takes on the challenge of the god-tier game Shangri-La Frontier, boasting 30 million players. The original manga is currently serialized in Weekly Shonen Magazine and has achieved the unprecedented feat of winning four crowns in reader polls. The series has surpassed 7.5 million copies in total circulation.
