The latest installment in the Reiwa Kamen Rider series, Kamen Rider Gavv (TV Asahi, starting September 1, airing every Sunday at 9:00 AM), has been appointed as an honorary member of Japan's largest gummy fan community, the Japan Gummy Association.

Kamen Rider Gavv is the first Kamen Rider in over half a century of the franchise's history to transform using the "power of candy." The basic form (transformation mode) features a distinct purple, clear body that evokes the elasticity of gummy candy. In addition to this main form, various other transformation modes inspired by popular children's candies are set to appear. In celebration of "Gummy Day" on September 3, the association, which has long promoted the enjoyment and communication that gummies foster—referred to as "Gummunication"—will collaborate with Kamen Rider Gavv on several initiatives.
