The TV anime Re:Zero- Starting Life in Another World Season 3 (Re:Zero Season 3) is set to premiere on October 2 on TOKYO MX, AT-X, and other networks. The series will be divided into two parts: the Attack Arc (8 episodes) and the Counterattack Arc (8 episodes), with the Counterattack Arc scheduled to air starting February 5, 2025. Along with this announcement, the second main PV and new character & cast information have been released.

A new character from Season 3, Capella Emerada Lugnica, has had her character visual revealed. The character will be voiced by Aoi Yuuki.

About Re: zero

Re:zero is based on the light novel series by author Tappei Nagatsuki, with illustrations by Shinichiro Otsuka, published under KADOKAWA's MF Bunko J label. The story follows the protagonist, Subaru Natsuki, a young boy who is suddenly summoned to another world while on his way home from a convenience store. In this unfamiliar world where he has nothing to rely on, the only power Subaru possesses is the ability to rewind time by dying, known as "Return by Death." The series follows his journey as he struggles against despair and battles a harsh fate to protect those dear to him and recover precious moments that have been lost.

The first season aired from April to September 2016, and the second season aired from July to September 2020, followed by a second cour from January to March 2021.
