It has been officially announced that the second season of the TV anime Wistoria: Wand and Sword is in production.
In addition, a special announcement video and a commemorative illustration by Toshi Aoi, the illustrator of the original manga, have been released to celebrate the Season 2 announcement.

The series is based on the original light novel by Fujino Omori, the renowned author of the mega-hit Is It Wrong to Try to Pick Up Girls in a Dungeon?, which has sold over 17 million copies worldwide. Paired with the stunning illustrations of rising manga artist Toshi Aoi, the story dynamically portrays a school fantasy set in a world of swords and magic.
