On October 5th, Universal Studios Japan (USJ) in Konohana Ward, Osaka City, announced that its collaboration with Jujutsu Kaisen will be making a limited-time debut at Universal Studios Hollywood next spring. Hiroaki Matsutani, producer of the Jujutsu Kaisen TV anime from Toho, made a statement and mentioned the anime's upcoming sequel.

Matsutani commented, "After receiving an overwhelmingly positive response for over a year at Universal Studios Japan, where the Jujutsu Kaisen attraction’s period was extended, we are thrilled to announce that fans will soon be able to enjoy it at the iconic Universal Studios Hollywood. We have received constant heartfelt messages from fans overseas, and we are very happy to have this opportunity for even more people to experience the world of Jujutsu Kaisen. The sequel to the TV anime is currently in production, so please look forward to future developments."

Through initiatives like 'Universal Cool Japan', USJ has transformed the appeal of Japanese entertainment brands—such as manga, anime, games, music, and fashion—into unique "real-world" experiences that can only be enjoyed in the theme park, sharing their appeal both domestically and internationally. These creative experiences will soon cross the seas, debuting at Universal Studios Hollywood in spring 2025.

In addition to Jujutsu Kaisen, One Piece content will also be making its way overseas. Both works will be featured as part of a limited-time event, 'UNIVERSAL FAN FEST NIGHTS', at Universal Studios Hollywood next spring, offering a real entertainment experience based on these popular franchises. Collaborative merchandise developed by USJ will also be available internationally.

Jujutsu Kaisen is set to debut at Universal Studios Hollywood in spring 2025. Producer Hiroaki Matsutani also confirmed that the sequel to the TV anime is currently in production, exciting fans worldwide.
