Sushiro has announced a collaboration with Sanrio’s popular character Kuromi as part of their "Oimo Fest 2024," celebrating the flavors of autumn. Starting October 23, customers at Sushiro locations nationwide can indulge in three exclusive sweet potato-themed desserts, each paired with limited-edition Kuromi-themed picks.

Enjoy the rich flavors of two different sweet potatoes: Miyakojima's purple sweet potato in ice cream and mousse form, and Ibaraki's Beniharuka sweet potato ice cream known for its strong sweetness and refreshing aftertaste.

Chilled Baked Sweet Potato Brûlée with Vanilla Ice Cream
Featuring a brûléed surface and paired with creamy vanilla ice cream, this dessert uses Beniharuka sweet potatoes for a rich, caramelized flavor and a smooth texture.

Caramel Sweet Potato Moist Cake
This delicacy blends the natural sweetness of Hokkaido sweet potatoes with caramel, offering a balanced texture between fluffy sweet potato and moist almond cake.

Each dessert comes with a randomly selected Kuromi-themed holographic pick (12 designs total), and a special photo campaign offers a chance to win exclusive Kuromi-themed goods, including a limited-edition blanket.
