The synopsis and preview images for Episode 71 of the popular anime Pokémon (TV Tokyo, Fridays at 6:55 PM JST), titled "Encounter at the Terrastil Pond," have been released.

In this episode, Lico and her friends reach the Terrastil Pond, where they encounter Briar, who becomes thrilled upon seeing Terapagos, Lico’s companion. As Lico inquires about Terapagos, Briar brings out the Scarlet Book, recounting her ancestor Heather’s adventures in Paldea’s Great Crater, Area Zero. Briar is voiced by Yū Shimamura, and Perrin by Marika Takano.

The current series follows the dual protagonists, Liko and Roy, as they embark on a journey across the Pokémon world to discover something important.

Episode 71 Synopsis

Lico and her friends arrive at the Terrastil Pond, where they find Briar. Upon seeing Terapagos, Briar is overcome with excitement! When Lico asks about Terapagos, Briar pulls out the Scarlet Book and begins to tell the tale of her ancestor Heather's adventure in Paldea’s Area Zero.
