New information about the anime Jujutsu Kaisen has been announced. The compilation film "Jujutsu Kaisen: Hidden Inventory / Premature Death" is set to premiere on May 30, 2025, and a super teaser visual for the series’ upcoming sequel, "Jujutsu Kaisen: Culling Game," has also been revealed.

The "Culling Game" arc, the sequel to Season 2, dramatically portrays a deadly battle orchestrated by Kenjaku, the most enigmatic and evil sorcerer in history. Those imbued with cursed techniques are forced into a brutal fight for survival. The super teaser visual highlights Yuji Itadori, gazing at his bloodstained hand with a look of anguish and internal conflict, alongside the tagline: "I can no longer stay with everyone."

The compilation film "Jujutsu Kaisen: Hidden Inventory / Premature Death" revisits the second season of the TV anime, which aired in July 2023 over five episodes, depicting the past of Satoru Gojo and Suguru Geto during their time at Jujutsu High. The key visual, which showcases the “strongest duo” Gojo and Geto, features a refreshing blue sky and dynamic expressions, leaving a striking impression.


About Jujutsu Kaisen

Jujutsu Kaisen is a dark fantasy story where the protagonist, high schooler Yuji Itadori, steps into the world of battles against curses after the seal of a powerful cursed object is broken. The anime is based on the manga serialized in Weekly Shonen Jump from March 2018 to September 2024. The series has sold over 100 million copies in total.

The TV anime aired from October 2020 to March 2021, gaining widespread popularity. A theatrical anime was released in December 2021, followed by the second season broadcast from July to December 2023. Now, the eagerly awaited sequel, "Jujutsu Kaisen: Culling Game," is in production.
