Uoto’s Debut Work Comes to Life in 100 Meters (Hyakuemu)

100 Meters (Hyakuemu) is adapted from the debut manga by Uoto, who also won the Tezuka Osamu Cultural Prize Grand Prize for Chi: Chikyuu no Undou ni Tsuite. The story focuses on individuals obsessed with the fleeting brilliance of the 100-meter sprint, capturing the intensity and passion of track and field competition.

TBS Produces Two Promotional Videos for the Campaign

Two versions of the promotional video—the "Brand Message Version" and the "Theater Etiquette Version"—have been produced by TBS, a media partner and principal supporter of the Tokyo 2025 World Athletics Championships. Both videos will be available via the official social media channels of TBS and 100 Meters (Hyakuemu). Additionally, the Brand Message Version will be displayed at Ikebukuro Orange Road Vision from September 1 to 14.
