'Demon Slayer: Hashira Training Arc' is an episode from volumes 15 to 16 of the original manga, where Tanjiro and his friends undergo training from the highest-ranking swordsmen of the Demon Slayer Corps, the Pillars, to become even stronger.

'Demon Slayer' is based on the manga of the same name that was serialized in 'Weekly Shonen Jump' from February 2016 to May 2020 and has surpassed 150 million copies in circulation.

The story is set in the Taisho era, in a world inhabited by man-eating demons. It follows a boy named Tanjiro Kamado, whose family was slaughtered by demons and whose sister Nezuko was turned into a demon. Tanjiro joins the Demon Slayer Corps to seek revenge and find a way to turn his sister back into a human.

The first season of the TV anime aired from April to September 2019, sparking widespread popularity and becoming a social phenomenon. The movie 'Demon Slayer: Mugen Train', which continues from the final episode of the anime, was released in October 2020 and became a massive hit, surpassing 40 billion yen in domestic box office revenue. The second season 'Entertainment District Arc', which continues from the movie, aired from December 2021, followed by the third season 'Swordsmith Village Arc', which aired from April 2023.
